Sam and Dean show at the bottom of the card as the two acolytes looking for guidance. I replaced the staff in the original card with a book, as a sign of wisdom and knowledge.
The twin pillars are shown as an angel statue raising its hand over Dean’s head, and and a devil or demon statue raising its hand over Sam’s head. They symbolize the way that heaven and hell try to influence the brothers and therefore create problems and trouble. Bobby stands in the middle between them, which means he stands for both the Earth plane as well as a barrier between otherwordly influences and the Winchesters.
