Because Pestilence is awesome and I though he would fit with this card. He is trying so hard to create the croatoan virus he only see’s his failed attempts not the fact that he still has his cup of blood to communicate with those that follow him and a completed virus just waiting to unleashed on humanity. I love the iconography for Supernatural and Pestilence is a characters with some great iconography.
